Page 54 of 366. Hi y'all. This is going to be a bit of a different entry as I am writing about some current judicial shit that is really irking me.  Where do I begin...

Yesterday, one of Canada's most prolific serial killers, has become eligible for parole. Before I dig into the back story, I want to give a shout out to Pierre Poilevre who I absolutely support... He said, and I quote "COMMON SENSE CONSERVATIVES BELIEVE THAT MASS MURDERERS SHOULD FACE CONSECUTIVE SENTENCES SO THEY ONLY COME OUT OF JAIL IN A BOX!!!"  I couldn't have said it better... So let me explain the case he is talking about first and we can compare it to the twisted mentality of the idiot who is running (into the ground) our beautiful country into the ground...

The disgusting individual we are talking about is Robert Pickton aka Pig Farmer Killer or the Butcher. He is a serial killer, serial rapist and also been suspected of more than one act of cannibalism. He began murdering people in the early '80s, finally being caught in 2002; but not convicted until 2007. He only served time for 6 counts of second degree murder. He was charged with 26 murders and confessed to a total of 49; all of them women... is that not some form of terrorism in itself?

So here is where the horseshit comes in... the maximum sentence for someone who commits second degree murder IS life in prison, but here in Canada that simply means he has to serve 25 years before he is eligible for parole. How does this happen??? Where is the justice?

I now want to dig briefly into another case that would still be fairly fresh in Canadians' minds...

Back in 2021, a 23 year old man named Nathaniel Veltman ran down a family who were out on their evening walk. He has openly admitted that he did it on purpose; but here is the twist that came in... They were a Muslim family of 5. He killed a grandmother, husband and wife, their 15 year old daughter and gravely injured the 9 year old son.

What boggles my mind is that he was charged with 4 counts of first degree murder and 1 count of attempted murder. The ruling came out yesterday, and Veltman is facing FIVE life sentences, eligible for parole in 25 years from the time he was arrested. On top of that, his acts have been deemed a "terrorist attack".

SOMEONE MAKE THIS MAKE SENSE...

These are just two key examples of how our justice system continues to fail us. I mean, we could talk about Paul Bernardo and Karla Homolka, and how that trial was a complete shitshow; and the fact that she is now walking free, married and raising her own kids, while she was the one who was far more sadistic in that duo.

I need to bounce back on this Veltman case for a minute too because I am not done speaking my mind on our useless system. Veltman commited these murders on June 6, 2021... now something far more tragic was unfolding in our country at the time; but our prime minister kinda held it on the back burner...

People have been investigating the lands around residential schools (I can't even write about this because how this was even allowed blows my fkn mind and I have no words to express the rage and sadness I feel); but in May 2021 the preliminary results of a site in Kamloops, began to reveal the gravity of this situation. More than 200 suspected unmarked graves were found at that site alone. This is the part that perturbs me the most...

When this was all being released in the news, the leader (and I use that word loosely) couldn't even be bothered to go out there. BUT the second Veltman hit that family with his truck, Justin Trudeau immediately flew out there for a vigil. Again, MAKE THIS MAKE SENSE!!!

The despicable Sir John A MacDonald was the prime minister in Canada at the time and played the key role in creating this digusting and destructive behaviour. DO you know what the slogan was for this??? "Kill the Indian in the child". My blood is boiling just writing that. The saddest and worst part about this, is the last residential school remained open until 1997... HTF? WTF?

I know this is just a condensed version of a HUGE part of Canadian history, but please explain to me, how it was the Canadian government who created these hell holes and when the truth was truly emerging, our PM was more concerned with appearances to the new immigrants than to the people HIS government beat, raped, enslaved, and murdered. Why??? Because they were a different tone of skin, they had different practices, different languages than what the church and government agreed with??? Heaven forbid anyone had the freedom to be who they were :(

I guess I have to end this with one question...

If Veltman killed 4 people and got 5 life sentences and Pickton killed 49, although only convicted of 6, and got 6 life terms... Why the fuck isn't the government and churches being held accountable for what they did to an entire nation??? There is no definite number, but it's in the thousands!!!

But then again, what do I know about politics and what is in people's brains... When the last 2 elections they elected a pedophile as the "person" to rule our country.
