A Fascinating Legal Problem That Doesn't Get Enough Attention ~ TRIGGER WARNING

 

There is no easy way to ease into this discussion because frankly, it is truly disturbing. So let me just get it out there and off my chest...

"Don't F*ck With Cats: Hunting an Internet Killer"

Now if that title doesn't ring any bells with you, or sends shivers down your spine... rightly so!!! Yes, I am going to discuss two prolific Canadian cases of murderers, and I mean some seriously sadistic ones. Obviously one of the people I will be talking about is Paul Bernardo; but right now I want to focus on Luka Magnotta...

There have been movies and docuseries about both these assholes; but the Magnotta one is the one that triggered me the most. Why?? (You may ask) He gained his fame around the globe when he shared videos online of him literally killing two kittens by suffocating them in a plastic bag, using a vacuum. Disgusting, right???

Not even two years after the incident with the kittens, Magnotta was living in Montreal, where he repeatedly stabbed and dismembered a university student's (Jun Lin) body, then mailed his hands and feet to federal political party offices, a park, and two Vancouver elementary schools... Like WTF??? 

He, again, filmed it all and posted it online, causing him to flee the country, and after an Interpol manhunt, they found Magnotta at an internet cafe in Berlin, Germany. A year and a half later, this bastard was given the sentence of mandatory life, plus another 19 years for what he did to the kittens. This court decision did not come without controvery, as China felt it was a hate crime, and Canadian judicial system was not treating this case as it should have been.

This is where things get interesting...

It is believed that Luka Magnotta had met with Karla Homolka back then, even going out a few times, if I am not mistaken (If I am, I apologize, but I know 100% there was a connection between him and Karla).

Karla Homolka and her husband, Paul Bernardo were just as evil, if not moreso than Magnotta. I am not going to rehash that entire story, but this couple, killed at least three children/teens... one of them being Karla's sister, Tammy. She was what I like to call the sacrificial lamb because Karla got her intoxicated and offered her sister as a virgin sacrifice to Paul... They ended up killing her when Karla used too much medication she stole from the veternarian she worked at, to subdue her sister. I honestly think she is far worse than Paul was, yet this woman walks free in Quebec, Canada AND is married with children of her own... Make that make sense!!!

Fast forward to a few weeks ago...

Without supposed knowledge to the MPs (Members of Parliament), Luka Magnotta was transferred to La Macaza Institution in Quebec in 2022. He was transferred from maxium security prison to a medium security one. Ironically, or maybe not, Paul Bernardo was transferred to the same prison in 2023. Apparently no one was notified of this and now there is a huge uproar on the how and why???

I have one question and one question only...

How are these men still allowed to live???

Taxpayers are spending a fortune housing criminals like these two scumbags for decades; and for what??? When you have clear cut cases like these ones (Just examples), where is the death penalty??? Don't bother saying that is inhumane, or that maybe they can be rehabilitated because you're full of shit. These "men" preyed on innocent people and animals... why the fuck are we showing them any mercy at all???

I do find it ironic that Karla Tate aka Homolka (she took on the last name that her and Paul were going to use to escape the country FYI), is living in Quebec and both these horrific killers are also in Quebec. Don't tell me that is just a coincidence. Sorry, not sorry!!!
