It's FriYay Night!!!

 

Good Evening my beautiful Lovies. This is going to be a very short blurb, as my mind is completely fuckered at the moment. I mean, today my one furbaby went into the vet to get neutered, and let me tell you... the anxiety I felt until I had him back in my arms was insane. It broke my heart walking out of the vet office and looking back to seeing my wee lad sitting in a massive metal cage. He was looking back at me, confused and wondering what was going on. 

Anyways, on a good note, he is fine. He is 4 and a half months old and weighs 6lbs; but he is built like a brick house. He is going to be the very definition of a tom cat. He is such a beautiful furbaby. I have owned cats before, but never a tuxedo cat, and I gotta say, this one has the most beautiful temperment. I honestly lucked out on both my furbabies. Karma, I will be bringing in a few months from now, because I find she is just too little to go through such a procedure right now. Maybe I am just being an over protective cat momma... who knows???

I am going to head to bed. I took my meds, even remembered to take my insulin and ozempic... but what I DID forget is to get my new sensor for my Freestyle Libre... ahhhhh, I can't remember everything, although I can say I have been getting better... not so many low moments, mentally, at least. I want to wish you all a beautiful night ~ snow or no snow. It's FriYay and I hope some of you at least are going to have an entertaining night. Please remember to play safe :)

Good evening lovies. I have been struggling with something that is very close to my heart. I truly do not know where to proceed next. I'm going to try and make a very long story as simple as I can... I was adopted at 5months of age, (well apprehended at 5 months, adopted at 5 years). There is something that adoptees yearn for all their lives... WHY?  I know for me there were many questions and on my 19th birthday it appeared I was going to get those answers when I met the woman who birthed me. Unfortunately, I was sorely mistaken!!!   Page 307 of 366. Good Afternoon Lovies. I am not sure how long this blurb is going to be; as it seems to be a topic I have been beating to death this past year. I know it is the time of the year where we switch from Halloween/Samhain into Thanksgiving (in the US) to Yule/Christmas season.  I hate pointing out this fact, but people seem to feel like Christmas time is the only time of the year that they should be charitable...  Is it out of guilt that you are donating, or is it because you genuinely feel you should be helping people??? I AM sort of calling you out because this is NOT the only time of the year that the homeless, or the downtrodden need help. I cannot stand that this is around the only time you will see non-stop commercials/ads or billboards that are asking for help with various charities; also the time we see commercials about driving under the influence.
