I Just Can't Help It...

 

Page 227 of 366. Hi Lovies. I am going to jump right into what is on my mind, but please know I am not in a bad mood. I am still staying positive about things that are meant to come, starting Monday; however, I have to sort of rant about something today.

To put it simple, our world has become a complete shitshow, and that is putting it nicely. Our first world countries are becoming shitholes because of our governments, and people, most people, feel they are entitled to bash those who are less fortunate than they are; and I am here to debunk their views and prove they are riding donkeys... NOT horses, like their delusional minds are telling them!!!

Ever since the plandemic started, and we had the coronavirus, or whatever they decided to call it... it seems to change kinda like the season around here...

The government has overreached their hands and have overstepped their authority, forgetting that they work FOR the people; not against them. They have forced many, many people to live in the streets, lose their jobs, their homes; some even lost their lives. Others were arrested for bullshit, especially here in Canada when our "Primeminister" Justin Castro (Trudump/Trudeau) illegally enacted the Emergency Act...

For those of you who have had your head under a rock, or don't know much about Canada... The Emergencies Act is a statute that was passed by the Parliment of Canada in 1988, with gives the Government of Canada to take extraordinary TEMPORARY measures to respond to public welfare emergencies, public order emergencies, international emergencies and war emergencies. (It was meant to replace the War Measures Act that was passed in 1914.

(Before I get into details about this, let me tell you that the ironic thing is the only two times that the War Measures Act and the Emergencies Act were invoked was both under the government of PM Pierre Trudeau in October 1970... and under his son Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in the winter of 2022, when there was a trucker convoy that descended on Ottawa, Ontario, where the Canadian government convenes, kind of like the White House in the United States of America.

Here is the interesting twist, both Pierre Trudeau was investigated for him invoking the act, which caused the RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police), who helped work with the government to amend the War Measures Act into the Emergencies Act. It still took decades to get the Act fully amended. It was to be made clear which parts of Canada's Bill of Rights would be notwithstanding during a declaration of the Act, and it was made certain that Article 4 rights under the Internationa Covenant on Civil and Political Rights never to be overridden.

So under the government of Trudeau senior, his actions led to a change in the Act itself... but under the government of Trudeau junior... It went to court, the Freedom Convoy was started as people were pissed off that our rights and freedoms were being trampled on, and the truckers took those complaints and went to Ottawa, insisting to have an open conversation with the government... which they refused. It was a peaceful protest that lasted for 3 weeks. 

Many people were arrested, bank accounts were frozen, the police abused their power; but I am happy to say that the Federal Court of Canada ruled that Junior broke the highest law in the land by invoking the Emergencies Act, finding that Trudeau's decision to use the Act directly violated Canadians' most essential rights to freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression.
