Tis the Season.... Why I Am Proud of Local Tattoo Shop!!!

Page 307 of 366. Good Afternoon Lovies. I am not sure how long this blurb is going to be; as it seems to be a topic I have been beating to death this past year.

I know it is the time of the year where we switch from Halloween/Samhain into Thanksgiving (in the US) to Yule/Christmas season.

I hate pointing out this fact, but people seem to feel like Christmas time is the only time of the year that they should be charitable...

Is it out of guilt that you are donating, or is it because you genuinely feel you should be helping people??? I AM sort of calling you out because this is NOT the only time of the year that the homeless, or the downtrodden need help. I cannot stand that this is around the only time you will see non-stop commercials/ads or billboards that are asking for help with various charities; also the time we see commercials about driving under the influence. WHY IS THAT???

Driving under the influence is a year-long problem... I will not get into details about it; but we all have lost people every year, at any time of the year from people who end up getting behind the wheel and their vehicle literally becomes a "loaded weapon" to anyone else on the road. But this is NOT what I am want to write about...

People tend to only acknowledge the downtrodden in the month of December; while berating or completely ignoring those less fortunate than them, the rest of the year. It really bothers me, and almost feels like you're only doing it to feel better about yourself; that while you sit in your kooshy heated home, with presents surrounding your tree, you don't need to think about those who are freezing to death because you did your part... BUT DID YOU REALLY???

I am going to mention a company that is here in my hometown, that runs charities and fundraisers throughout the year. I honestly feel they deserve recognition for what they have done, and continue to do. No matter how hard times got throughout the COVID pandemic, they rose above it and fought against the system, still opening their doors to make sure they gave back to their own.

I hope you all check out their company, and if possible, book an appointment and fulfill your tattoo desires, and hopefully during the next fundraiser they do.... please be a part of it, any way you can.

Check out TATTZ & CO. I promise you won't be disappointed. I give them all the deepest respect, loyalty and love for everything they have done and continue to do. Until next time, stay safe. Stay warm/cool. Be well. Be blessed. Most of all... be loved.
