F.E.A.R. ~ It's All in How YOU Define It!!!

Page 363 of 366. Morning Lovies. It's Caturday, the last one of 2024, so make it a great one!!!

There are literally THREE days left of this year. 

I cannot believe how fast this year has been; despite all the trials and tribulations that have been thrown my way, I DO have to say, 2024 has been a better year than the past few before that. 

Even though I was engaged and living with someone... there is something liberating in finding yourself after long, troubling relationships. I had given my everything to people who deserved NOTHING from me and it took these past couple years to truly grasp this as the truth. 

This lesson reiterated to me, how deeply important my tiny circle, especially my best friend, are to me. 2024 was also the year that defined the word "FEAR" for me:

"Forget Everything And Run
OR Face Everything And Rise".

I have lived most of my life in "fight or flight" mode; this year, with the help of my tribe, finally faced things I have been running from for years. I won't get into the deets today, as they are not the point of this blurb today :)

I think this blurb is more about encouraging people that is it totally okay to take the leap... tell your tribe about it. I can promise you, those who are true to you will take it with you!!! 

Don't let the haters bash you. Don't let their perception of you, define you. Only you... YOU alone, are the only person in the world who can make that definition; and even if I don't know you, I firmly believe you are a warrior in your own way. Kick the useless bullshit to the curb and stick to those who have your six. The biggest thing to remember is this:

"You are who you hang with!!!"

Sorry, woke up at the asscrack of dawn, as I had a doctor's appointment this morning.  Thankfully it was with my family doctor; appointments with him are fairly painless.  Today, however; things kinda went sideways.  I am usually in and out within 10 mins for these appts, but today? Good evening lovies. I have been struggling with something that is very close to my heart. I truly do not know where to proceed next. I'm going to try and make a very long story as simple as I can... I was adopted at 5months of age, (well apprehended at 5 months, adopted at 5 years). There is something that adoptees yearn for all their lives... WHY?  I know for me there were many questions and on my 19th birthday it appeared I was going to get those answers when I met the woman who birthed me. Unfortunately, I was sorely mistaken!!! Tis the Season.... Why I Am Proud of Local Tattoo Shop!!!

  Page 307 of 366. Good Afternoon Lovies. I am not sure how long this blurb is going to be; as it seems to be a topic I have been beating to death this past year. I know it is the time of the year where we switch from Halloween/Samhain into Thanksgiving (in the US) to Yule/Christmas season.  I hate pointing out this fact, but people seem to feel like Christmas time is the only time of the year that they should be charitable...  Is it out of guilt that you are donating, or is it because you genuinely feel you should be helping people??? I AM sort of calling you out because this is NOT the only time of the year that the homeless, or the downtrodden need help. I cannot stand that this is around the only time you will see non-stop commercials/ads or billboards that are asking for help with various charities; also the time we see commercials about driving under the influence.
