My Bane!!!

 

Page 27 of 365. Good Afternoon Lovies. I hope you are all staying safe and warm, in this crazy ass nasty, windy weather... Like, HOW RUDE!!!

Last night, when I went to bed, I knew we were in for some nasty weather over the next couple days and had decided that it was gonna be a "bed" day; but alas, I have risen and am being somewhat social... I think I more like furniture than company at this point (Sorry, inside joke!).

It's just been one of those weeks and it's only Monday LOL.

I don't have a specific topic to speak about, except to reiterate how much I despise bullies. I mention them today because I am not talking about a person to person kind of bullying. 

I am talking about corporations that bully their employees... Corporations that abuse their employees, and because they are a multi-million dollar organization, they think they can do whatever they want. 

Sorry, It does NOT work that way!!!

For the past several years, I have watched this company railroad employee after employee to their breaking point, and beyond. I have seen employees in tears from the abuse they are subjected to, on the daily basis. The corporation goes through more employees in a week than a person wears underwear in a year. This, and word of mouth has given the company such a bad reputation; no one wants to work for them.

I am not going to name the company's name at the moment, but I am going to reveal some of their antics...

They don't pay their employees on time.

They don't pay contractors on time, or at all... so they have to constantly find another company to do the job, what several other companies started.

They fail to follow the law. They do NOT follow court orders nor comply to bylaw orders.

They breach contracts constantly, leave people in a state unfit for rats to live in. They try to change leases because they inconvenient the corporation now... MONEY HUNGRY BASTARDS!!!

They steal from people... Will NOT fix things that are required to fix because they won't spend a penny, but they're damn sure to suck every penny out of a bleeding stone.

They try to hide their dirty deeds on innocent employees. Not one of the higher ups take accountability for anything they are doing, and will solely create a scapegoat; something I've seen over and over again.

They yell and harass their employees. They degrade them. They belittle them by not paying them what is well past due and then dangle the money in front of them, claiming they won't pay because of some bullshit excuse; even though it is money owed.

They don't hire professionals for jobs that require professionals, which leads to bigger problems. No electricians. No plumbers. No construction...zip...zero!!! The left hand doesn't know what the right one is doing... and the rest don't know their head from a hole in their ass.

Anyways, I think you get the gist of it. This company, are the Scrooges of my world... my "bane", so to speak. I am going to end this blurb with this. You may hear me speaking more of this company as time goes by; so just consider this as an introduction to a shitty ass company.

Good evening lovies. I have been struggling with something that is very close to my heart. I truly do not know where to proceed next. I'm going to try and make a very long story as simple as I can... I was adopted at 5months of age, (well apprehended at 5 months, adopted at 5 years). There is something that adoptees yearn for all their lives... WHY?  I know for me there were many questions and on my 19th birthday it appeared I was going to get those answers when I met the woman who birthed me. Unfortunately, I was sorely mistaken!!! Tis the Season.... Why I Am Proud of Local Tattoo Shop!!!

  Page 307 of 366. Good Afternoon Lovies. I am not sure how long this blurb is going to be; as it seems to be a topic I have been beating to death this past year. I know it is the time of the year where we switch from Halloween/Samhain into Thanksgiving (in the US) to Yule/Christmas season.  I hate pointing out this fact, but people seem to feel like Christmas time is the only time of the year that they should be charitable...  Is it out of guilt that you are donating, or is it because you genuinely feel you should be helping people??? I AM sort of calling you out because this is NOT the only time of the year that the homeless, or the downtrodden need help. I cannot stand that this is around the only time you will see non-stop commercials/ads or billboards that are asking for help with various charities; also the time we see commercials about driving under the influence.
