Page 4 of Chapter 3... The Saga Continues

 

Page 63 of 365. Good Morning Lovies. I hope all is well with you; despite us all living in a crazy-ass world. I have been slacking with my writing, considering we are on the 4th page of the 3rd chapter and this is my first entry...

I've had a lot going on, and I am confuzzled where I should begin. I guess I could start with all the bullshit happening around my home and "bubble".

I am putting up the good fight against this massive corporation. I may be one person, but I have a damn loud voice and have NO fear of screaming!!! I am not being cocky. I am just being real. I know they will make every effort to squish me like a bug; I am simply hoping those who are enduring the same shyt I am, will find the courage to speak out and join the fight, no matter the retaliation they will try to do. 

I think I finally snapped when I went to the elevator and heard so much noise, I decided I was going to record what was going on... I already knew what was making the noise, but I was still shocked at what I saw. I opened the door, and at least a dozen rats were running around. It is so vile. The company wants to shut down our garbage chute, so instead of maintaining them, they leave it clogged and it reeks. It smells sooooo bad, that there was a dead person in the apartment beside it for about 3 weeks before his corpse was discovered.

Besides the garbage, our building still doesn't have full heat; hasn't been working at all this winter. The property is not disabled friendly... the ramps are illegal, and unsafe... broken railings, cracks so deep and separated, you can't get a walker down it safely. They haven't been shoveling nor plowing... let alone salting the walks. Let's just say this place has been an utter shitshow. The only thing this company is good for is upping the rent yearly, and they painted the lobby... YYYAYYYYYY!!! IDIOTS!!!

I'm sorry, I don't want to sound like a Debbie Downer... its just been how my days have been with this company. The Fire Inspector finally came yesterday, thanks to the MP's office... company got nailed with several violations... Let's see if they fix anything from there. Next would be the Ministry of Health, no? 

We all know that Hamilton ByLaw has SHIT THE BED... neglecting their duties... Its an onwards and upwards battle. I appreciate everyone who is stepping up and helping to hold this comapny accountable for their lack of actions and responsibilities to their tenants. I'll keep you up to date, when I hear more. Page 14 of 365. Good Afternoon Lovies. I really, really hope your day is going better than mine!!! Sorry, woke up at the asscrack of dawn, as I had a doctor's appointment this morning.  Thankfully it was with my family doctor; appointments with him are fairly painless.  Today, however; things kinda went sideways.  I am usually in and out within 10 mins for these appts, but today? Good evening lovies. I have been struggling with something that is very close to my heart. I truly do not know where to proceed next. I'm going to try and make a very long story as simple as I can... I was adopted at 5months of age, (well apprehended at 5 months, adopted at 5 years). There is something that adoptees yearn for all their lives... WHY?  I know for me there were many questions and on my 19th birthday it appeared I was going to get those answers when I met the woman who birthed me. Unfortunately, I was sorely mistaken!!! Tis the Season.... Why I Am Proud of Local Tattoo Shop!!!

  Page 307 of 366. Good Afternoon Lovies. I am not sure how long this blurb is going to be; as it seems to be a topic I have been beating to death this past year. I know it is the time of the year where we switch from Halloween/Samhain into Thanksgiving (in the US) to Yule/Christmas season.  I hate pointing out this fact, but people seem to feel like Christmas time is the only time of the year that they should be charitable...  Is it out of guilt that you are donating, or is it because you genuinely feel you should be helping people??? I AM sort of calling you out because this is NOT the only time of the year that the homeless, or the downtrodden need help. I cannot stand that this is around the only time you will see non-stop commercials/ads or billboards that are asking for help with various charities; also the time we see commercials about driving under the influence.
